Hank Aaron, one of the greatest baseball players of all time, holds the record for the most career home runs (755). In his rookie season in 1954, he hit 13 home runs. His most productive season was in 1971, when he hit 47 home runs.

Aaron's home run prowess was unmatched in his era. He hit more home runs than any other player during his 23-year career, both at home (385) and on the road (370). His 755 career home runs remain the all-time MLB record.
